Summary
MAKEIT Roofing was engaged to deliver a full roof replacement for a 26-unit apartment complex in Carlton, delivered across two stages to minimise disruption for residents. Stage 1 involved complete removal of the failing roof system on the rear building, multi-trade coordination and carefully managed sequencing within a tight-access inner-city site.
We upgraded the insulation to meet modern performance standards and replaced the existing roof with a concealed-fixing system engineered to eliminate ongoing leak issues. Stage 2 will commence early 2026, continuing the same high-performance methodology to complete the full building upgrade.
