NINELINE Hi-end Residential Cladding Installation Ascot Vale, VIC

Set within a tight rear block in Ascot Vale, this project was focused on creating visual impact without overwhelming the space.

The façade is wrapped in Colorbond Dover White, featuring NineLine Pleat panels that respond to changing light conditions throughout the day—introducing depth, shadow, and movement across the surface. It’s a finish that adds a dynamic quality while maintaining a clean and refined appearance.

The roofing scope included the installation of a Kliplok roof system, complemented by custom perforated awnings and strategically placed skylights. Each element was carefully considered to work together, enhancing both the functionality and overall architectural outcome.

The result is a cohesive build that balances texture and tone, delivering a sharp, modern finish within a compact footprint.
