What began as a project-management company evolved into a fully integrated roofing division capable of delivering complex remedial works, full replacements, cladding, skylights, ventilation and detailed reporting.

Our Story
MAKEIT Roofing was founded by a team who understand both sides of the industry — the precision of skilled roofing and the discipline of structured project management. After years of coordinating trades, solving complex defects and lifting the standard on other people’s work, we built the roofing division we always wanted to hire. Today, we specialise in remedial roofing, replacements, cladding, skylights, ventilation and detailed reporting, delivering every project with strong systems and a safety-first mindset.

Chris Maillard
As Projects Director, Chris leads the engineering, design and delivery of all projects with a strong focus on sequencing, compliance and long-term performance. With a background as CEO of a major roofing company where he systemised operations and scaled the business significantly, Chris brings deep industry expertise and a disciplined, engineering-led approach to every project. His oversight ensures our solutions are smarter, safer and executed with precision from concept to completion.
Client Solutions Manager
Grace Gallagher
Grace is our Client Solutions Manager, overseeing the early stages of every project—from initial design concepts to detailed quoting, estimating and client coordination. As a licensed electrician with a strong technical background across multiple trades, she bridges the gap between concept and delivery with clarity and precision. Grace ensures clients receive well-designed, accurately scoped solutions from the very beginning, setting each project up for streamlined sequencing and successful completion.
Licensed Plumber - Head of Cladding Division
Rhys Stewart
Rhys is a licensed plumber with more than eight years of hands-on roofing and cladding experience across high-end residential, commercial refurbishments and Tier 1 union projects. With a background running his own roofing company, he brings strong leadership, technical capability and a deep understanding of complex façade and cladding systems. As Head of the Cladding Division, Rhys oversees installation quality, performance and the delivery of high-precision remedial and architectural cladding projects.
Licensed Plumber - Head of Roofing Division
Jordan Stewart
Jordan is a licensed plumber with over eight years of roofing experience spanning domestic builds, high-end residential, architectural cladding and EBA commercial projects. Having previously run his own roofing business, he brings strong technical capability, leadership and an eye for detail to every job. As Head of the Roofing Division, Jordan oversees installation quality, team coordination and the delivery of high-performance roofing systems across all MAKEIT Roofing projects.
Licensed Plumber - Head of Tiling Division
Scott Gross
Scott is a licensed plumber with more than 25 years of roofing expertise across tile installations, full roof replacements, roof plumbing, carpentry and complex remedial works. His background spans foreman roles, project management and detailed scope development, giving him a rare end-to-end understanding of how roofing projects should be designed, sequenced and delivered. As Head of the Tiling Division, Scott leads our teams with a focus on craftsmanship, accuracy and long-term roof performance.
Plumbing Apprentice - 1st Year
Declan Logan
Declan is a first-year apprentice roofer bringing hands-on experience from bricklaying and caravan park maintenance. With a strong practical skill set and a willingness to learn, he is developing solid foundations in roofing installation, safety and site preparation. Declean is quickly becoming a reliable part of the team through his work ethic and commitment to quality.
